Our missions

Construction Economist on the Client Side

The construction economist working on the client side supports the client throughout the project, from feasibility studies through to handover. They provide economic, technical, and strategic insight that helps secure decisions and ensure the viability of the project.

They are involved in estimating costs, planning, comparing alternatives, and managing cost control in line with the project’s objectives. Thanks to their cross-disciplinary perspective, they analyse construction choices, assess their impact on budget, schedule, and quality, and help steer the project towards the most relevant solutions.

In an environment shaped by growing regulatory, energy, and environmental requirements, their role has become essential. A true decision-support partner, the construction economist working on the client side helps ensure the project’s economic consistency, financial feasibility, and overall performance.
